Yes, we have a strict 72 hour cancellation policy.
Cancelling 3 days before your arrival date will incur a fee of 25% of your lodging fees.
Cancelling 2 days before your arrival will incur a fee of 50% of your lodging fees.
Cancelling on your arrival date will incur a fee of 100% of your lodging fees.
Customers who do not show up and who do not give any prior notification will also incur a penalty fee of 100% of lodging fees.

Is the hotel close to stations?
10 minute walk from Namba Station South Exit of Nankai line and B29 exit of Osaka Metro line.
Also just 15 minute walk to Doton-bori and other places in Osaka minami area.
It takes about 25 minutes from Shin-Osaka Station using Osaka Metro Midosuji line.
How long does it take from the airport?
It takes about 45 minutes from Kansai International Airport to Nankai Namba Station using Nankai Express train called "Rapi:t."
Is there a parking lot?
